Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully.

Fee: £199 per person paid prior to the conference. The fee includes course notes, refreshments on arrival and at break times, a light lunch and an attendance certificate if required.

CPD points and Certificates are only issued to delegates who attend the whole day’s programme and complete the programme evaluation form. For Judges and Barristers, the course has a CPD value of 6 points issued by the Bar Council. Solicitors may claim CPD points from The Law Society.

Confirmation of booking. Confirmation of registration will be sent in acknowledgement of all bookings.Your confirmation will include a programme and directions to the conference. Please bring the confirmation with you on the day.

Cancellations must be made in writing. We guarantee a credit for a future conference, minus a £20.00 administration fee, if you have to cancel more than two weeks before the conference. No refunds or transfers can be made for cancellations notified within 14 days of the conference. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

We reserve the right to change the venue and/or the speaker at any time and without prior notice. We accept no liability if a conference does not take place for reasons beyond our control. We also reserve the right to cancel the event, in which case all monies will be refunded. 

In light of the DDA, please advise if you have any special requirements.
